CHG webinar explores building innovation capability
The AHA’s Center for Healthcare Governance has released a free webinar describing practical approaches for leaders to use in developing a sustainable capability for innovation. The webinar, featuring leaders from management consulting firm Kaufman Hall, explores techniques for approaching and organizing innovation and discusses implications for successfully leading an organization as it looks to build innovation capability and culture.
