EHR program participants may register to submit NHCS data for meaningful use
Hospitals and eligible professionals may register for the option to submit National Health Care Survey data in 2017 to satisfy the objective for specialized registry reporting in the Medicare or Medicaid Electronic Health Records Incentive Programs. To register intent to submit NHCS data, hospitals and EPs may call 301-458-4321 or email NCHSMUInfo@cdc.gov.
