Court denies administration's request to enforce executive order on immigration
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit yesterday denied the administration’s request to suspend pending appeal a temporary restraining order preventing it from enforcing a recent executive order on immigration. The AHA had expressed concern that the executive order could negatively impact health care delivery.
