The AHA’s Health Research & Educational Trust Aug. 24 will host a webinar to share actionable strategies and lessons learned for cultivating successful hospital-community partnerships to build a cultural of health. Leaders from Sinai Health System in Chicago and St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston, ME, will discuss how they established sustainable partnership structures, addressed many social determinants of health and created a positive impact on health outcomes across the communities they serve. The webinar is an extension of the latest HRET resource, “A Playbook for Fostering Hospital-Community Partnerships to Build a Culture of Health,” which outlines strategies and lessons learned from 10 strong hospital-community partnerships.
