Moderna files for expansion of COVID-19 booster EUA to include all adults
Moderna today announced its request that the Food and Drug Administration authorize the emergency use of its COVID-19 booster shot for all U.S. adults age 18 and older. The 50-microgram extra dose is already authorized for people aged 65 and older; people aged 18 to 64 who are at high risk of severe COVID-19; and people aged 18 to 64 with frequent institutional or occupational exposure to SARS-CoV-2.
