AHA’s new Care Delivery Transformation Framework highlights resources for hospitals and health systems

The AHA today launched the new Care Delivery Transformation Framework that aims to support hospitals and health systems with tools and resources for the development and implementation of innovative care delivery models. The framework includes a comprehensive website to curate AHA tools and resources, as well as an issue brief and discussion guide.
