Hospitals in New York, New Mexico receive Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for Performance Excellence
Two hospitals yesterday were presented the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for performance excellence and innovation. Northwell Health’s Glen Cove Hospital, of Glen Cove, N.Y., and Nor-Lea Hospital, of Lovington, N.M., were awarded the honors by the National Institute of Standards and Technology during a ceremony in Baltimore. Finalists for the award included Meritus Health of Hagerstown, M.D., and Mary Greeley Medical Center of Ames, Iowa.
