AHA webinar to focus on improving care connections for patients with SUDs
The AHA will host a webinar June 16 at 1 p.m. ET that will share insights from its Bridge to Care Toolkit, designed to help hospitals and health systems strengthen care connections for people with opioid and stimulant use disorders. Participants will learn about key lessons and findings from the project; how participating organizations are building on early progress and what comes next in advancing bridge to care efforts.
