Laura Cormier to become Bellin Health Oconto Hospital CEO in Wisconsin

Cormier will become the Oconto, Wis.-based hospital’s CEO effective Oct. 1. Cormier has held her current role since 2005, serving as administrative leader for day-to-day operations including clinical, business, economic and strategic operations of Bellin Health Oconto Hospital, Marinette Multispecialty Clinic and six primary care clinics. 

Josie Abboud named president and CEO of Methodist Hospital, Methodist Women’s Hospital in Omaha, Neb. 

Steve Goeser, current president and CEO of Methodist Health System has announced the appointment of Abboud as the new president and CEO of Omaha, Neb.-based Methodist Hospital and Methodist Women’s Hospital, effective Oct. 1. She has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Methodist Hospital and Methodist Women’s Hospital since 2016.

Chris Self named president and CEO of Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Ky. 

Adventist Health System has named Self as president and CEO of Manchester Memorial Health in Kentucky. Self has served Adventist Health System for 14 years, most recently as vice president and COO for Manchester Memorial Hospital. He assumed leadership of the hospital on Sept. 17. 

David Goldberg appointed president and CEO of Mon Health in West Virginia 

The Mon Health System Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Goldberg as president and CEO of the West Virginia-based Mon Health System, effective Oct. 1. Goldberg currently serves as senior vice president with Highmark Health’s Alleghany Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Kevin Zachary selected CEO of Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan, Colo.  

Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan has announced the selection of Zachary as its next CEO, effective Oct. 8. Zachary currently serves as CEO for Logan Regional Medical Center in West Virginia. Both Colorado Plains Medical Center and Logan Regional Medical Center are part of LifePoint Health, based in Brentwood, Tenn. 

Raju Iyer named senior vice president and CFO of UCSF Health 

San Francisco-based UCSF Health has named Iyer as its new senior vice president and chief financial officer effective Nov. 1. Most recently, Iyer served as the regional chief financial officer for Providence St. Joseph Health in Northern California. In that role, Iyer was responsible for managing financial operations of five acute care hospitals.
