AHA names new trustee to board
The AHA has elected to fill a vacancy on its Board of Trustees Sylvia Young, president and CEO of HCA Healthcare’s Continental Division, a health care system serving the Denver and Wichita, Kan., areas. Young has served on the AHA’s Regional Policy Board 8 since 2018 and was a member of the Association’s Task Force on Member Engagement. She also is active in HCA Healthcare’s Corporate Leadership Development Institute and the organization’s COO Development Program.
