FDA addresses hospitals' utilizations of home-use blood glucose meters
The Food and Drug Administration Monday released an FAQ on hospitals' utilization of home-use blood glucose meters during the COVID-19 health crisis. The document addresses patients' self-testing and diabetic patients' use of their own personal blood glucose monitors at the hospital. It also explicitly forbids multiple patients' use of individual blood-glucose meters
