Slidell Memorial Hospital names CEO


The Slidell Memorial Hospital Board of Commissioners announced Kerry Tirman as CEO of the Slidell, La.-based hospital, effective Nov. 12. Under terms of the partnership between SMH and Ochsner Health System, Tirman will become CEO of the Slidell market, including SMH, Ochsner Medical Center – North Shore and related clinics and outpatient facilities.

Driscoll Health System appoints CEO


The Corpus-Christi, Texas-based health system selected Eric Hamon to serve as permanent president and CEO. Hamon had served as interim president and CEO since April 2018. Previously, he served as Driscoll Health System’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Memorial Hospital selects interim CEO


The North Conway, N.H.-based hospital has chosen Lee Myles as interim CEO, starting Oct. 22. Previously, he served as the leader of St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston, Maine. 

El Camino Hospital names new COO


El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Calif., has named James Griffith as chief operating officer, effective Oct. 29. Most recently, he served as COO and chief strategy officer for Tanner Health System in Carrollton, Ga.

Menorah Medical Center appoints CMO


The Overland Park, Kan.-based hospital, part of HCA Midwest Health, appointed Steven Kaster, M.D., as chief medical officer. Previously, Kaster served as CMO at Medical City McKinney near Dallas. 

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center appoints COO


The Vancouver, Wash.-based hospital appointed Gary Foster as chief operating officer, effective Oct. 1. Previously, he spent eight years as hospital administrator at Banner Estrella Medical Center, an acute care hospital in Phoenix.
