SBA issues rule on Paycheck Protection Program appeals process
 
The Small Business Administration today released an interim final rule, effective immediately, on the process for Paycheck Protection Program borrowers to appeal certain SBA loan review decisions to the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals.
The rule will be published in the Aug. 27 Federal Register with comments accepted for 30 days.
