A new white paper from the AHA Workforce Center provides resources to help hospitals transform their workforce along the care continuum. Building on previous Workforce Center resources, the paper examines workforce-specific roles, responsibilities and technologies for hospitals to consider as they embrace new value-based care delivery models.
