A symposium hosted yesterday by the AHA at the HLTH conference featured a panel of experts discussing health transformation in the post-pandemic world. Michelle Hood, AHA’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, opened the session, which featured leaders discussing how provider-led innovation and partnerships are transforming the health care ecosystem and creating new approaches to managing the health of patient populations. Speakers included leaders from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, Mount Sinai Health System, UMass Memorial Health, Cleveland Clinic and Boston Medical Center addressing key issues, such as workforce resiliency, increasing access to care and improving health equity. HLTH’s four-day conference continues through Wednesday. For more on the conference, visit its website
