Reminder: AHA members encouraged to apply for Dick Davidson NOVA Award
The AHA is accepting applications for its 2022 Dick Davidson NOVA Award through Nov. 19. The award recognizes AHA member hospitals and health systems for their collaborative efforts to create healthier communities through health care, economic or social initiatives. Up to five member organizations will be honored for these efforts. For more information and to download an application, visit the NOVA Award webpage.
This year’s NOVA honorees from CommonSpirit Health, Luminis Health, Memorial Health System, Providence and Texas Health Resources created programs to address homelessness, an aging population, behavioral health and substance use, lagging community wellness and the COVID-19 outbreak.
