Registration open: Accelerating Health Equity Conference, May 10-12 in Cleveland
Registration is now open for the 2022 Accelerating Health Equity Conference, an in-person event in Cleveland. The conference is a joint effort by the AHA Community Health Improvement network and the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity to advance a shared mission to close health equity gaps by building strategic hospital-community partnerships and developing and sustaining diversity and inclusion across the field.
