OSHA reopens comment period for ETS rule, schedules hearing
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration today reopened the comment period for certain topics in its interim final rule establishing an emergency temporary standard for occupational exposure to COVID-19, and announced that an informal public hearing would commence on April 27 to gather certain additional information from health care stakeholders as it develops a final rule. Comments are due April 22.
