Video: AHA trustee encourages support for #HAVhope Friday, June 3
In a new video for the June 3rd #HAVHope Friday Hospitals Against Violence campaign, AHA Trustee Mary Beth Kingston, Ph.D., RN, NEA-BC, chief nursing officer at Advocate Aurora Health, invites organizations to participate in this national day of awareness that unites hospitals, health systems, nurses, doctors and other professionals on social media to highlight programs and other violence prevention initiatives. This year marks the sixth year AHA has held HAVhope Friday as part of its Hospitals Against Violence initiative for mitigating violence in the workplace and community. To participate, download the social media digital toolkit and use the hashtag #HAVhope to share your story.
