AONL compendium rolls out best practices for recruiting and retaining nurses
AHA’s American Organization for Nursing Leadership affiliate this week released the first section in a three-part compendium that will focus on best practices to manage nursing workforce complexities. The first section focuses on recruiting and retaining nurses, and future sections will examine academic-practice partnerships, culture, and compensation and benefits.
“The compendium will go beyond published literature, focusing on successful strategies used to effectively improve the work setting and support nurse leaders,” said AONL CEO Robyn Begley, senior vice president and chief nursing officer for AHA.
