The recommendations include proposals to streamline health insurers’ administrative practices and federal regulatory requirements; expand access to care through digital health technologies; reform the medical liability system; reduce prescription drug costs; promote innovation, prevention and equity; prevent inappropriate care denials in Medicare Advantage; and enforce medical loss ratio requirements.
