Banner Wyoming Medical Center launches latest ambulance coloring contest
Wyoming Medical Center
Casper, Wyo.

Kids love to decorate with their art, and the elementary schoolchildren of Natrona County in central Wyoming have an exciting display case for their ideas: area ambulances.
For the fifth year, the Banner Wyoming Medical Center ambulance coloring contest encourages children to nominate an animal to be featured on new ambulances that are debuting later this fall. All entries must depict animals that are native to Wyoming. Students can submit their idea for their favorite animal to adorn the ambulance exteriors, making them a unique and recognizable feature in the community.
Previous winners resulted in ambulance rigs graced with a rainbow trout, black-footed ferret, wild horses and a fox. The fleet also includes a bear, elk, bison, mountain lion and bighorn sheep.
The new ambulances will be wrapped using a licensed photograph of the winning animal. The community has the final say in which animal is chosen by voting among 10 finalists via the WMC’s Facebook page.
