Women can now make contributions to the Mothers’ Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes. These donations are vital for premature and medically fragile infants. Hospital officials say they need about 240 ounces of donated milk each month to meet demand.
Women interested in donating must complete an application through the hospital’s website. All milk is screened and pasteurized to ensure safety, providing vulnerable newborns with the nutrients they need to thrive. By opening this depot, Froedtert West Bend Hospital is strengthening maternal and child health in the region and offering lifesaving support to families during critical times.
