Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is a critical strategic initiative that health care organizations are encouraged to adopt given the changes in U.S. demographics and its importance and impact to health care systems that want to reflect the communities they serve as well as drive an exceptional patient experience. This webinar will explore and address key factors that are critical to achieve organizational impact.  Atrium Health and Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin will share their D&I journeys, strategies, Equity of Care initiatives, lessons learned and leading practices that are having an impact within their health care systems.
