As the only organization devoted exclusively to managing health equity, diversity and inclusion in the health care field, the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity is in a unique position to help your organization plan for a more diverse future while providing the tools to meet today’s challenges. AHA Partnerships and Strategic Alliances
The CAPC provides health care professionals with the tools, training and technical assistance necessary to start and sustain successful palliative care programs in hospitals and other health care settings.
