This webinar defines clinical leadership and provides practical takeaways for creating an integrated approach to crisis management. Colonel (Ret) Peter G Napolitano MD holds academic appointments as Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Washington and is the Director for Obstetric Simulation and Medical Team Performance for UW Medicine. Dr. Napolitano is Acting Medical Director of Washington State’s Obstetrical Care Outcomes Assessment Program. He was deployed as General surgeon to both Iraq and Afghanistan and is responsible for integrating Team Performance Training in both theaters of war and received two Bronze Stars for his efforts.
