H-ISAC TLP White Fortinet Discloses Third-Party Data Breach – Sept 12, 2024

Fortinet has experienced a third-party data breach affecting customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Health-ISAC is unaware of any direct threat to the healthcare sector from this incident and is providing this information for situational awareness.   

Fortinet has disclosed that a threat actor has gained unauthorized access to a third-party partner, which has affected customers in the Asia-Pacific region. Fortinet has stated that there is no indication that this incident has resulted in malicious activity affecting any customers.

Fortinet’s operations, products, and services have not been impacted.
