The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has opened its online application portal for participation in the 2018 Next Generation Accountable Care Organization Model. Organizations that wish to participate must submit a non-binding Letter of Intent by May 4. Applications are then to be submitted in two stages, with a narrative portion due on May 18, followed by their proposed Next Generation Participant Provider lists and list of Next Generation ACO Service Areas by June 9. See the Request for Applications for more.
