A new resource from AHA’s Health Research & Educational Trust shows how 10 hospitals and health systems partnered with their communities to build a culture of health and improve health outcomes. The diverse communities, part of an HRET learning collaborative, range from Chicago and San Diego to Morristown, NJ, and Lewiston-Auburn, ME.
