The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued corrected preview reports for the Discharge to Community measure in the Long-term Care Hospital Quality Reporting Program for review before the data is added to the LTCH Compare website in October. The preview reports issued in April contained an error in the data for that measure. LTCHs should review the corrected reports and submit any inquiries on the corrected data to LTCHPRquestions@cms.hhs.gov by Aug. 31. For details on accessing the reports, click here.
