HHS releases facility-level data on hospital capacity

The Department of Health and Human Services has released hospital-level data on COVID-19 capacity, aggregated by week going back to Aug. 1.
The agency previously released the data aggregated by state. It plans to update the hospital-level data weekly for research and other public use. HHS requires most U.S. hospitals to report daily data on COVID-19 capacity and use to inform federal decisions on resource allocation.
