Reminder: June 14 deadline to submit late COVID-19 relief fund reports
Health care providers who received approval to submit a late report on how they used Provider Relief Fund payments received from July 1 to Dec. 31, 2020, must submit the report at the PRF Reporting Portal by June 14 or return the funds to comply with Health Resources and Services Administration requirements.
