HSR special issue on translating research into policy and action

A new special issue of Health Services Research focuses on how health care organizations can use implementation science — the study of strategies that promote the uptake of research into clinical practice — and community-engaged research methods to improve population health and reduce care disparities. All articles are free and available online. This special issue is sponsored by the VA Health Services Research & Development Service. HSR is the flagship journal of AHA’s Health Research & Educational Trust and an official journal of AcademyHealth.
