AHA dashboard shows how team-based care can improve care and value
The AHA’s The Value Initiative today released a dashboard to help health care leaders measure and articulate the value of team-based care. The dashboard includes examples from hospitals that have used team-based care to improve value and links to other team-based care tools and resources.
