Eligibility for FEMA COVID-19 public assistance work and costs to end May 11
The Federal Emergency Management Agency today notified government partners and stakeholders that the incident period for public assistance funding for eligible COVID-19-related work and reimbursable costs will end with the COVID-19 national and public health emergencies on May 11. FEMA’s Public Assistance Program provides disaster response grants to nonprofit health care organizations and others. The agency said it expects to host briefings and webinars for impacted stakeholders and provide more information in coming weeks.
