The AHA has released more resources in advance of National Hospital Week, which is May 10-16.  The AHA’s National Hospital Week webpage now features additional social media graphics and thematic social posts recognizing health care professionals across the hospital community. The AHA also has launched a new commercial on how hope, health and healing are found within hospitals; it will air on cable television, streaming services and local broadcast stations in the Washington, D.C., area. A new national TV ad by the Coalition to Strengthen America's Healthcare highlights how delays and denials by some large corporate health insurers can drive up costs and prevent access to care. The AHA is a founding member of the Coalition.
