With much of the discussion taking place in the more-frequent and more-local regional policy boards and most governance functions residing with the Board of Trustees, the House of Delegates was disbanded as a whole, after "convening" for a while through electronic ballot. Delegates continue to meet in their regional policy boards for policy development.
