AHA embarks on a two-year Campaign for Coverage to reduce the number of Americans without health insurance working with national and state hospital associations and with hospital members to expand coverage through achieving state-level public policy changes and encouraging public coverage enrollment, working within hospitals and health care systems on their own and their partner/supplier coverage, and creating affordable private plans.
