AHA salutes nurses’ extraordinary dedication to care this National Nurses Week
As the nation celebrates National Nurses Week in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses' commitment and strength is inspiring communities across the country and their leadership is essential, writes AHA President and CEO Rick Pollack in a special message to the American Organization for Nursing Leadership. This year’s National Nurses Week celebrations also mark the International Year of the Nurse and the Midwife as well as the 200th anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth.
