Nearly 11.7 million consumers selected or were re-enrolled in a 2015 health plan through HealthCare.gov or the state-based marketplaces as of Feb. 22, according to a report released today by the Department of Health and Human Services. About three-quarters of them enrolled through the HealthCare.gov platform and the rest through 14 state-based marketplaces.
