The Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response today issued details on several key changes related to the REGEN-COV COVID-19 monoclonal antibody therapy. According to ASPR, hospitals receiving this week’s shipment of REGEN-COV should note that it will arrive in one of two packaging configurations: REGEN-COV Dose Packs (2 Vial) or Casirivimab and Imdevimab Co Pack (2 vials per carton). ASPR says REGEN-COV in both packaging configurations may be used to prepare and administer intravenous infusions as well as subcutaneous injections.
