AONL releases new nursing workforce strategies

AHA’s American Organization for Nursing Leadership affiliate today released the last section in its three-part compendium of best practices to manage nursing workforce complexities. The new section focuses on practices to support academic-practice partnerships, a culture of inquiry and total rewards. AONL plans in coming weeks to make the compendium available as a single document and will continue to collect nurse leader best practices and innovations, and update the website as new information becomes available.
