CMS late last week issued final rules for three post-acute care settings for fiscal year (FY) 2016. This bulletin highlights the final rules for: long-term care hospitals (LTCHs), inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs) and skilled-nursing facilities (SNFs).
