AHA Regulatory Advisory: Long-Term Care Hospital PPS: Final Rule for FY 2014
Today's rule finalizes many of CMS's proposals. While we continue to believe the coding cuts imposed by the American Taxpayer Relief Act are unwarranted, we appreciate CMS's policy of gradually phasing in the reduction beginning in FY 2014.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on Aug. 1 placed on display its fiscal year 2013 final rule for the inpatient prospective payment system and long-term care hospital PPS.
