Healthcare has become a leadership environment defined by ambiguity. Leaders are expected to make consequential decisions before all the facts are known, balance competing priorities, and maintain momentum while the landscape continues to shift.

This webinar will explore six superpowers, rooted in human-centered design, that help leaders thrive in this new reality: empathy, culture, nimbleness, a testing mindset, storytelling, and business rigor.

Participants will discover their own leadership strengths and leave with practical ideas they can immediately apply to the challenges that matter most.

Learning Objectives:

• Assess their own leadership approach to identify which of the six superpowers are strengths and which require further development.
• Select the superpowers best suited to different types of challenges, from building alignment and navigating uncertainty to accelerating learning and driving execution
• Develop a practical next step for strengthening one or more leadership superpowers within their own team or organization.
