H-ISAC TLP Green: LIR: Text-Based Generative Artificial Intelligence Enhances Criminals’ Abilities to Target Victims

The purpose of this report is to inform private sector organizations about recent financial fraud schemes using text-based generative artificial intelligence (AI), by generating a professionally worded bank letters, complete with a bank logo, a text-based generative IA tool, also known as a chatbot, can assist criminals in socially engineering bank customers.
