AHA comments on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ hospital outpatient prospective payment system and ambulatory surgical center payment system proposed rule for calendar year 2020. The comment letter addresses cuts to the 340B Drug Pricing Program, the inpatient-only procedures list, physician-owned hospitals, ASC covered procedures list and the hospital overall star ratings, among several other topics.
