AHA long-term care/rehab section names 2015 leaders
Maureen Banks will lead the AHA’s Constituency Section for Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation as 2015 chair of its governing council. Banks is president of Spaulding Hospital Cambridge, Spaulding Hospital Cape Cod, Spaulding Hospital North Shore, Spaulding Skilled Nursing Facilities, and chief operating officer of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, part of Partners Continuing Care of the Partners HealthCare System in Boston. Jon Skinner, chief executive officer and market executive for Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, is this year’s chair-elect and will chair the section in 2016. The constituency section advises the AHA on public policy issues of concern to post-acute and continuing care providers and on AHA member service strategies.
