Trump nominates HHS assistant secretary for planning and evaluation
President Trump Friday nominated as assistant secretary for planning and evaluation at the Department of Health and Human Services Stephen Parente, Minnesota Insurance Industry Chair of Health Finance at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Parente also serves as a health advisor to the Congressional Budget Office and as governing chair of the Health Care Cost Institute.
