CMS details financial methodology for Direct Contracting model

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation yesterday posted a series of papers explaining the financial methodology for the Direct Contracting Model’s global and professional options, set to begin next April.
The payment options are open to hospitals that employ physicians, as well as to critical access hospitals and rural health clinics. CMMI will answer questions about the methodology during a webinar Monday at 1 p.m. ET. Register here.
